It is one of our priority objectives just to use as much energy as is consistent with nature. Most of our energy results from wind power. Because of flexible mode of operation we prefer to produce at days high in wind power. Furthermore a bio gas plant recycles organic product remnant and thus helps to reclaim energetic resources.

For this purpose we implemented an environmental management system according to ISO 14.000, which will be certified within the next months.


	Vision Our vision is to inspire people to connect their thinking and acting to life in symbiosis with nature and environment. This includes on one hand a respectful association with nature and one the other hand to hold other people in respect which means in particular to take from others just what you are willing to give back. The production of nourishment should do without chemical or synthetic pesticides. Our main company-guideline is to use as little resources (water, current, air) for production as possible. Everybody should have the possibility to supply with healthy and balanced wholefood products. We do our best in favour that all of our employees enjoy their work and are able to identify themselves with our company, that they dispread and live in accordance with our guideline and that we can offer them a secure future with adequate and fair wages.
		Consumer We care about our customers. The enlargement of their well-being is our highest concern and is supported by credibility and transparency of our business activities. Internal and external continuous controls and quality inspections help to encourage their confidence in our company.

A close relationship and exchange of experience lead to confidence on both sides and offers firmness regarding an consistent and innovative association to our customers.
		Social projects We have made it our business to already introduce young people to organic cultivation and ecological processing. That is for example to invite kindergartens and schools to elaborate the advantages and particularities of organic cultivation and resources-protecting way of life. Of course our products may be tasted while visiting the company. The philosophy concerning purity requirements and special diligence of the companies who process our vegetables is put across to our visitors as well.
